Your details, kept simple.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, business name (if you add it), the package and timeline you choose, and your message. We don’t collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and keep a record of our conversation if we work together. We never sell or share your details for marketing, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, which stores submissions and forwards them to our inbox (Google Gmail). Both are based in the United States, so your details may be stored and processed outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, for the length of the project and our business records. Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser stores two small settings for the length of your visit, so the intro animation doesn’t replay and the site runs smoothly on your device. They never leave your device. The preview websites on our Work page load their fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you open one.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you’ve sent us at any time. Send a request through our contact form and we’ll respond within 30 days.
